AWARI and Promar Consulting prepared this report on Agricultural Water Pricing in Japan and Korea for the OECD. This is an empirical study of agricultural water pricing for irrigation in Japan and Korea. We examined agricultural water price ranges and the extent to which the price paid by irrigators for water recovers operation costs, maintenance costs and capital costs for water delivery to the farm.
